wholesale trade only. All prices are quoted FOB Pace, FL.
Payment
Plant Link requires that all new customers pay in advance of
shipping or we may ship your order COD. We offer net 30 days from date
of invoice on established credit. Please call or email so that we can
send you a credit application if you desire to establish credit. We will
notify you once you are approved. Sales on account will be assessed 1½
% per month finance charge on late accounts. If you would like to charge
the plants using your credit card, please contact us for the current
status of our credit card acceptance.
Conditions of Sale
Plants are not sold with a warranty or guarantee for the performance
of the plants. Plant Link offers plants that are reasonably free from
disease and insects; true to name; grown, packed and shipped
professionally in accordance with common nursery practice. Plant Link
and the customer recognize that plants are perishable in nature. Plant
Link will work to provide the customer with a pleasant buying experience
whenever possible.
Liability
We take care that the plants shipped are in the best possible
condition when they leave the nursery. Should there be a problem with
the plants we ask that we be notified immediately. Inspect
the plants before you accept the plants from the carrier! If
there is a problem please make a note of it on your Bill of Lading with
the carrier so that you will have a claim with the carrier. Should there
be any other problem with the plants please notify us immediately (you
must notify us within 24 hours of the time you receive the plants). We
will work with you to solve the problem. Please document the problem as
much as possible so that we can assist you. Plant Link cannot be
responsible for the plants beyond 24 hours in as much as we have no
control over the care of the plants. It is your responsibility to care
for the plants after you receive them!
Sales
Much of the production for Plant Link is located outside of the
territorial USA. In order to provide you the best possible price, orders
may need to be pooled for importation. If your order is not large enough
to ship by itself we will work with you to establish an approximate
delivery date when we can pool your order with other orders. All orders
are appreciated and valued no matter how small they may be. We will do
our best to supply your order as quickly as we can. Some items may show
up on availability, however production time may be required. This is
particularly true of tissue cultures. We will discuss this with you at
the time of ordering. Plants will be available for shipping year ’round.
Contract Growing
We would be happy to discuss with you how we may grow items for you.
Knowing what you need, when you want it and how many you want can
eliminate uncertainties of production and sales. We can work with you to
provide the appropriate discounts. We believe that through such
relationships the benefits may be win/win. We welcome the opportunity to
discuss contract growing with you.
Shipping
We will ship your order according to your instructions. If you do
not specify we will ship according to the method that will provide
greatest expediency and lowest cost to you. Options include UPS, FedEx,
commercial airlines (Delta, Continental and USAir) or common carrier
truck.
